Helping Students Become Better Learners
Our tutorials are geared towards helping our students learn more than what they do inside the classroom. The tutorials we offer cover various subjects for students of all grade levels. By attending tutorial sessions, students can supplement and build on what they have learned in school giving them a valuable edge in their studies.
Our teachers teach each student individually in order to better focus on each child’s needs. We focus on what the child needs in school and we guide him through such depending on how quickly the student is able to absorb the material. The student is thus able to learn at his own pace rather than having to keep up or slow down depending on his classmates. This makes for a more effective learning environment that is ideal for furthering the learning of the child. Each child is not only taught the material, but is also taught to learn the material. This works better than simple spoon-feeding, as the child learns to become an independent learner who is able to apply this inside the classroom. This gives the student an advantage over others who have not undergone tutorials.
But doing this, students are encouraged them to learn by themselves as we guide them along. This further servers them in school as they learn to perform and research things on their own rather than simply relying on the teacher. This enables the student to grow as a learner and go on to excel in school.
Regular tutorials should not be mistaken as meaning that the only students who take up tutorials are those who have difficulty in school or that student is incapable of learning. Rather it displays that a student is willing to learn. Students who take up our tutorials are those who wish to excel in class. Our students want to take advantage of the service we offer in order to be able to top their classes by advancing themselves beyond others. This willingness to learn displays that the student knows his or her limitations and is willing to work past them in order to succeed in life. This “get-up-and-go” attitude is needed in order for a person to make anything out of himself or herself in the future. Because they are able to study their lessons with us, they are able to add to what they’ve studied by taking advanced lessons.
